The 4th Ghana Interfaith Solidarity March, organized by African Students For Interfaith Tolerance (ASFIT) in collaboration with Brave Aurora, Interfaith March for Peace and Justice, and the Northern Innovation Lab Foundation, is set to take place on 13th May 2025, coinciding with ASFIT’s 6th Anniversary.
This year’s event, under the theme “Protecting the Religious Freedom of Everyone,” will take the form of a public lecture and panel discussion rather than a street march, due to prevailing security circumstances. Building on the success of the previous three marches, which engaged over 250 participants, this edition will bring together 50 participants, including religious and traditional leaders from diverse faiths
and ethnic backgrounds, to stand together in unity against religious hatred and oppression.
The event will also advocate for freedom of worship or belief, call for the cessation of violence, and promote peace, love, and harmonious living.
